Since its opening in 2010 the Kodály Centre has steadily gained a reputation as one of Hungary’s, and Central Europe’s, finest concert venues. Violinist and conductor Maxim Vengerov dubbed it an “architectural Stradivarius”, referring not only to its aesthetic appeal but also to the exceptional acoustics.
