Daniel Gryllus established this publishing company in 1990 in order to release his own music. In the last 29 years the company has become a popular record label for many other Hungarian performers of world music including Sebestyén Márta, the Sebő ensemble, Bea Palya, Miklós Both, Szilvia Bognár, György Ferenczi and the Rackajam, Romengo and Kaláka. Gryllus opened their own showroom, the Kaláka Music Shop, in 2002. Their published records offer a broad spectrum of music from traditional folk and world music to contemporary music and individual projects.
